The Functional Cell Door Mod, is everything we need to make our secret torture and murder basement dreams come true! It provides a functional cell door like the ones from the police station in the detective career in Get To Work (you don't need this pack in order to use this mod). This mod also solves the problem of sims (that also aren't in your household) escaping when you leave the lot. It also makes it a lot easier to trap them because it gives you the option of which sim to lock up. Have fun capturing sims, MUAHAHAHA!
P.S. Make sure you put the door on with the lock on the right side! Also, it is not guaranteed to keep sims captured when you leave the lot if they aren’t part of your household every time, but if they are part of your household, they will stop respawning into the front of the house, when you leave the lot.

Step 1: GO TO WEBSITE
Step 2: Click on the "one89_FunctionalCellDoorMod.rar," it should then automatically download.
P.S. Don't forget to update this mod every time there is a patch note for The Sims 4. You must redownload this mod every time. Check the date it the mod was last updated.
Step 3: Open in downloads folder
Step 4: Extract Folder (using free 7-Zip), by right clicking on the folder, going into "7-Zip," and clicking "Extract here," and move contents of folder (files) to your mods folder:
Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4>Mods> Functional Jail Cell (Create this new folder)
OR
Drag and drop "one89_FunctionalCellDoorMod" folder (after extracting) into Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4>Mods
WARNING: DO NOT MOVEÂ THE RAR FILEÂ TO THE MODS FOLDER OR IT WILL NOT WORK! DO NOT PLACE FOLDER INSIDE A MODS>MODS>one89_FunctionalCellDoorMod
Step 5: Start the game up!
WARNING: MAKE SURE YOUR MODS AND SCRIPT MODS ARE ONÂ ENABLEDÂ IN YOUR GAME OPTIONS!
