How to Install Open World Mod | Brookheights

It's finally here! Modder, Arnie, has released his Open World Mod, that brings back the open world from the Sims 3 to the Sims 4! Here you can go around a new open world city, Brookheights, WITHOUT ANY LOADING SCREENS! This mod includes added builds (gas stations, hotels, movie theaters, airports, drivable cars, airplanes, stores, and so much more! You can explore Brookheights freely by clicking the mailbox, or you can you can follow a storyline too!

How to download the Open World Mod Brookheights (Written tutorial below YouTube Tutorial):
Step 1: GO TO WEBSITE
Step 2: Scroll now to "DOWNLOAD BROOKHEIGHTS 1.0". Click on it and you will be brought to another page. Scroll down until you see "Download." You will then be brought to google drive, click "Download." It should then automatically download.
P.S. Don't forget to update this mod every time there is a patch note for The Sims 4. You must redownload this mod every time. Check the date it the mod was last updated.
Step 3: Once download is complete, open in downloads folder
Step 4: Unzip the folder (using recommended free 7-Zip), by right clicking on BROOKHEIGHTS zipped folder and clicking on "7-Zip", and clicking "Extract here." There should a manual and an auto install. Now double click and select "auto install" (allow it to make changes to your computer).
WARNING: Create backup of your save before just in case!
Step 5: Start the game up!
WARNING: MAKE SURE YOUR MODS AND SCRIPT MODS ARE ON ENABLED IN YOUR GAME OPTIONS!

I’ve tried a 100 times. I have installed and reinstalled. No Brookheights. Wtf am I doing wrong?
the world file is missing
There's no mod, I've tried going to brookheights through the mailbox and I just end up at the willow creek hospital, I've tried starting up the brookheights story mode save and it says something about a world not being installed? I don't know if there's a conflicting mod I have installed or if I didn't install it correctly but I do not know what to do.
I'm having issues being unable to use the ladder and reaching Frank's Boat at Magnolia Promenade. To make sure it was just this mod giving me issues I removed all other CC. Also when traveling to another lot the squares in the UI to display other sims joining me is glitchy as well as the portrait of the sim I'm currently traveling with.
I am not getting through. Google drive is saying access denied. Nothing from there.
