The Realistic Reactions Mod, shout out to the mod creator Scaldwellhu, allows your sims to have more realistic and intense reactions to a sim cheating! Cheaters will feel embarrassed or stressed, those being cheated on will feel enraged, children will feel depressed and very sad... Your sims can also have a reaction to teen pregnancy! Overall, this mod gives more REALISTIC reactions to cheating, which is usually does not have much of an impact on sims and they get over it pretty quickly in the base game.

How to download the Realistic Reactions Mod (Written tutorial below YouTube Tutorial):
Step 1: GO TO WEBSITE
Step 2: Go into the "file" section. Click on the "Realistic Cheating Mod V3 - Module 1 - Cheating Overhaul.zip," it should then automatically download (click all three links if you want all three (child reaction, teen pregnancy reaction) reactions in your game).
P.S. Don't forget to update this mod every time there is a patch note for The Sims 4. You must redownload this mod every time. Check the date it the mod was last updated.
Step 3: Once download is complete, open in downloads folder
Step 4: Unzip the folders (using recommended free 7-Zip), by highlighting/selecting all three zipped folders and then right clicking on them, going into "7-Zip", and clicking "Extract here." There should now be 7 script and package files, now select them and move them to your mods folder:
Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4>Mods> Realistic Reactions (create this new folder)
OR
Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4>Mods> Mods (if you have a mods folder for you gameplay mods, put all 7 files there)
OR
Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4>Mods (put all 7 files)
WARNING: DO NOT MOVE THE ZIPPED FOLDERS TO THE MODS FOLDER OR IT WILL NOT WORK! DO NOT MOVE A NEW FOLDER (with the 7 files) INTO: Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4>Mods>Mods> Realistic Reactions (created folder with the 7 files)
Step 5: Start the game up!
WARNING: MAKE SURE YOUR MODS AND SCRIPT MODS ARE ON ENABLED IN YOUR GAME OPTIONS!
