MC COMMAND CENTER

If you have played previous Sims games, this term may sound familiar. In the Sims 3, all inactive sims exist in the same open world. This means that when a sim moves out of your active household, they still lives their own separate life. They can go to college and get a degree, get married, have kids, etc. Just like real life! This goes for every sim in your game, whether it be a guy you see passing by in the park, or a childhood friend you made years ago.

Unfortunately, this didn’t make it into The Sims 4, along with many other things…

MC Command Center (MCCC) allows you to have this sense of true story progression back! Normally, Sims don’t progress at all, they just age and die. New sims are generated into the game, but if you don’t actively procreate, they human race would die out!

MCCC allows you to have so many features, which is why it is an understatement when I say, IT’S MY FAVORITE MOD!

How to download Mc Command Center (below video tutorial)

Deadpool, the creator, allows you to control these settings that create this story progression:

  1. A few features it includes: teen pregnancy, risky woohoo, and modifying sims individually in CAS, and having more that 8 sims per household (with “try for baby”).

In order to download MCCC follow these steps:

STEP 1 Click the link below or HERE. This will bring you to Deadpool’s website, the creator.

STEP 2 Click the most recent version and it should download into your downloads folder.

STEP 3 (IMPORTANT) Unzip the downloaded folder and open the folder (you can use 7-Zip) Create MCCC folder in: Electronic Arts>Sims 4> Mods> MCCC (its own folder, NOT THE MODS THAT EXISTS WITHIN THE MODS FOLDER.

Move the files from the downloaded folder into newly created MC Command Center folder.

STEP 4 (OPTIONAL) If you updated MCCC, which you need to do once in a while for patch updates or new packs, you must copy paste all of the content of the downloaded MCCC version and replace the files in your MCCC folder. There are some files that show up once you’ve launched the game with MCCC, such as the settings. You’re going to want to keep that file when you update MCCC, so don’t delete all the files before adding the new version!

STEP 5 in order to use MCCC in the game. You’re going to see a notification in your notification wall in manage worlds where it says MCCC is working and what version. Do not forget to enable script mods and Custom Content in "game options." Go into your active household and click on a computer or your sim. MC Command Center should be one of the option. Click on it. This should pop up:
